Narita JAPAN DUTY FREE: stores and terminal maps
After departure procedures, check your terminal and gate direction, then choose the store on your route. In addition to four main stores across Terminals 1 and 2, the three-brand beauty boutique is opposite North 2 in Terminal 1.
Show it before paying at participating JAPAN DUTY FREE stores at Narita. Some products are excluded. Not valid at Haneda.

Start with your departure terminal
Check the terminal on your ticket or boarding pass. Visit the stores after security and departure immigration, allowing time to reach your gate.
Departing from Terminal 1
Find North 2 and the beauty boutique opposite it on Level 3 of the North Wing. If departing from the South Wing, allow time to walk to the North Wing and back towards your gate.
Departing from Terminal 2
Choose the Main Building Store or Satellite Store, both on Level 3, according to your boarding gate and available shopping time.

Four main stores and the three-brand beauty boutique
Terminal 1 North 1 Store
North Wing · after departure procedures
Currently under renovation and scheduled to reopen in February 2027. The photo shows the store before renovation.
How to find it
- From the North departure entrance
- Go straight through security and immigration. North 1 is in the first JAPAN DUTY FREE area after the checkpoint. North 1 is scheduled to reopen in February 2027; the photo is pre-renovation. Please use North 2 during the renovation.
Terminal 1 North 2 Store
North Wing · after departure procedures
How to find it
- From the North departure entrance
- Go straight through security and immigration. North 2 is one of the first JAPAN DUTY FREE shops visible to the left and right. The photo shows the renewed store.
Three-brand beauty boutique
Terminal 1 North Wing · opposite North 2 Store
Clé de Peau Beauté / HERMÈS / SK-II
Some products are excluded from the 5% offer. Present the page first and let staff confirm eligibility before payment.
How to find it
- From North 2 Store
- It is directly opposite North 2 Store. After the North Wing security and immigration area, find North 2 and look across the concourse.
Terminal 2 Main Building Store

How to find it
- From the North checkpoint
- Turn right immediately after security and immigration. Walk about 30 metres; the Main Store is the third shop on the right.
- From the South checkpoint
- Turn left immediately after security and immigration. Walk about 30 metres; the Main Store is the fourth shop on the left.
Terminal 2 Satellite Store

- For the Satellite area
- Follow signs for your gate and the Satellite area to reach the JAPAN DUTY FREE Satellite Store. Also check the Terminal 2 map below.
GATEWAY · confectionery store
A confectionery shop after departure procedures in Terminal 1. The 5% discount does not apply at GATEWAY. Keep the offer page ready before payment and ask staff to confirm the conditions for each shop.

Before ordering, check the official ordering window, departure date and flight. If you already have a reservation, go to the collection store specified in your confirmation email. The closest store on the map may not be your collection store.
